Mrs. Ta Thi Thuc was born in Ha Noi. In 1970, she joined in the Southern Liberation Army. After the South was liberated in 1975, Mrs. Thuc was sent to learn some courses of tourist management. She has been the director of the Hoa Phuong hotel since 2000.

Mrs. Thuc is a fluent English speaker, and very friendly.
